ALARM SYSTEM PERMIT APPLICATION
Enclosed you will find an “alarm system
permit application” and a frequently asked questions
sheet. This should improve emergency responses
to alarm activations, and prevent misuse of
emergency services.
The permit application should be filled out
and submitted to the City of Logan at 10 S.Mulberry
St Logan, Ohio 43138 with the required fee of
twenty dollars ($20.00).

Ordinance) may be viewed or obtained by contacting
the Director of Service and Safety’s office
at 740-385-4060. The office is located at 10
