Tonight,, as a result of investigation conducted by the Logan Police Department and multiple law enforcement agencies, three people have been arrested and charged with the March 22, 2011 kidnapping of Summer Inman of Logan, Ohio. The three arrested include William A. Inman II, age 26, Summer’s estranged husband; William A. Inman, age 47, the father of William A. Inman II; and Sandra K. Inman, age 46, the mother of William A. Inman II. All three were arrested without incident around 9:30 pm this evening on Raysville Rd.in Ray, Ohio (Jackson County). The three will appear in Jackson County Municipal Court sometime tomorrow, Friday, March 25, 2011, for a Rule 4 hearing in order to be extradited to Hocking County where they will face their charges.

So far, Summer Inman has not been located. Investigators continue to ask for the public’s assistance in locating Summer. Anyone with any information is requested to contact the Logan Police Department at 740-385-6868 as soon as possible.

This is all we are prepared to release this evening. An update will be provided sometime tomorrow late morning when more information becomes available.

Logan- The Logan Police is investigating an apparent Kidnapping, this occurred on Tuesday evening March 22, 2011 at approximately 11:00PM. According to witnesses this incident occurred near the area of Hunter and Market Streets. Two men dressed in dark clothing exited their vehicle and forced a woman in their car. They then drove away from the scene.

The victim is:

Summer D. Inman 25 years of age, 5’-3” 120lbs with brown hair and green eyes.

Last seen wearing blue jeans and black tee shirt with white writing.

Suspects are descried as two males in dark clothing, the driver was described as a female with “bleach blond” hair. The suspect vehicle was described as either a white Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Marquis with tinted windows.
